Amanda Ryan
Nude

There is no shame in Amanda Ryan’s skin game, and she has multiple in-the-buff screen appearances to back her confidence up. Born in the UK with a bunch of British acting gigs under her belt, Americans may remember her best as the naked Lettice Howard in Elizabeth (1998) starring Cate Blanchett, or her nude turn in Metroland (1997), a UK film starring Christian Bale and Emily Watson that made its way to the US. Wait. Mr. Skin is backing up—he did indeed use the words “naked” and “nude” for those roles, and indeed she was—particularly in Metroland, where her pixie-haired self showed all of her private parts in a sex scene with Bale.On the telly in the UK, you can spy Amanda’s amazing assets as Musidora in an episode of The Hunger in 1997, as Sophie Moore in a 2000 episode of Attachments, and in a regularly occurring role as Carrie Rogers in Shameless (the original one that the US one with William H. Macy was based on) from 2007-2009. The star’s lovely ladies can be admired, too, in Brittanic (2000) as Vera Campbell, in Sparkle (2007) as Kate, and as Tina Shaw in Love Eternal (2013), with a flash of a little extra something in the under-the-panties region. In more fully dressed news, the 5’8” brunette hottie can be spied in the mini-series Supply & Demand (1998) as Natasha, and David Copperfield (1999) as Agnes Wickfield; was Holly Dartie née Forsyte in The Forsyte Sagain 2002-2003; and popped up in multiple episodes of long-running popular series EastEnders as Verity in 2007, a doctor in Coronation Street in 2015, Poppy Singher in 2017 in Doctors, and two different characters in Casualty, Scarlet Wren in 2014 and Kath Blakeney in 2019. Thank you for the shameless exposure, Amanda—and all the other projects, too!
